SLE was established in 1995 by a visionary Mr. P. Lakshminarayan. The prime focus of Mr. Lakshminarayan has been "Quality" from the inception of the company till date. The work force, over the years has imbibed "Quality" in their DNA and the track record with our clients is the testimony for the same.
Environment, Health & Safety
SLE has been always in forefront when it comes to Environment, Health and Safety. All of our practices at SLE are compliant to EHS standards and consistently meeting the regulatory requirements. The first SRG audit was conducted in 1999 and we have track record of being "Zero" findings since year 2008 consistently in the audit. Our top management has set in place all procedures, documents and endorse a formal EHS policy.
Performance
SLE's unique approach for performance is thru active participation in vendor performance evaluation conducted by its customers. We always believe that performance is best derived from a vendor performance management framework that organizes requirements, collects current data, reviews it against past data, and assesses workflow patterns against our company’s strategic and tactical plans.
